Meet Glenn and Michelle

Michelle and Glenn are passionate in supporting small to medium businesses to grow to the next level. We are both ‘country kids’ at heart (Margaret River and Orange) and love working with open minded, driven business owners and managers.

Michelle has had a career with Qantas and then adult education. Michelle was the program manager at the Curtin University Centre for Entrepreneurship when she met Glenn. Michelle is a mother of two daughters.

Michelle’s moon shot goal is to do the Stirling Range trek with her two daughters.

Glenn’s journey started with the Airforce (engineer and pilot) and then twenty plus years as a facilitator, mentor, business coach with a strong association with the Curtin University Centre for Entrepreneurship. This is where he met Michelle. Glenn is the father of three sons.

Glenn’s ‘moon shot’ goal is to have his three sons laugh in unison at one of his dad jokes.

Curtin University decided that they wanted to focus on the corporate sector and closed the centre.

Michelle and Glenn thought – let’s start Engine Room and keep doing what we are passionate about – supporting Small to Medium businesses. But let’s unleash ourselves and innovate – let’s express ourselves fully.
