As Albany approaches its momentous Bicentenary in 2026, we invite you to help us celebrate its remarkable journey – through the power of photography.
Our 2026 ACCI Business & Community Directory will mark this milestone by showcasing Albany’s story: its deep cultural roots, iconic infrastructure, colonial legacy, and vibrant present – all the way into its future. The theme for this year’s photography competition is ‘Timeless Albany – Through the Lens of Time: Past, Present and Future’.
We want to see what Timeless Albany means to you. Capture the essence of our region – whether it's a historic landmark, a contemporary scene, or a glimpse of what’s to come.
The winning photo will take pride of place on the front cover of the 2026 ACCI Bicentennial Edition Business & Community Directory.
The competition is open for entries until Thursday 4 July.

What’s Up for Grabs?
The winning photo will take pride of place on the front cover of the 2026 ACCI Bicentennial Edition Business & Community Directory.
Runner-up images will be featured throughout the publication.
All other entries may also be included on our platforms, at our discretion – offering great exposure and community reach.
Judging & People’s Choice:
The competition will once again be hosted online. The People’s Choice Vote will determine the top 10 finalists – so get your friends, family and networks involved!
We’re excited to announce that celebrated Western Australian photographer, Christian Fletcher will judge the final ten. With more than 25 years capturing the beauty of WA and our stunning region, Christian is the perfect choice to select the winner and placegetters.
