Looking to build confidence and stand out when applying for roles in hospitality and tourism? Best Foot Forward is a free, practical workshop series designed to help job seekers present themselves with clarity, confidence and professionalism.

Delivered across a series of interactive sessions, participants will gain hands-on support to develop a strong resume, understand what employers are really looking for in interviews, and practise effective interview techniques in a supportive environment. The series allows time for resumes to be refined, reviewed and improved, with opportunities for mock interviews and personalised feedback.

• What to expect in common interview formats

• Practical interview preparation strategies, including presentation, body language and mindset
